2 ways to claim!
Either by HICAPS terminal (on the spot) OR from us emailing you a claimable receipt which you send to your fund.
Option 1 – If paying by HICAPS terminal there are 2 parts to processing your payment. The first part is the amount your fund covers (different for everybody), and you use your Health fund card for this. The second part is the GAP payment (the difference) which you pay out of pocket. GAP payments can only be paid by a debit or credit card. NOT by cash or gift card/voucher.
Option 2 – We email you a receipt to claim. You can pay with any method: cash, gift card, voucher or debit/credit card. You pay us the full amount for the massage, then you claim later yourself with the receipt we email you.
