Online: Digital gift cards
Purchase digital gift cards instantly through Fresha (our online platform). These can be emailed to your gift recipient, or sent to yourself.
Gift cards use a dollar amount as currency (for example a $100 gift card). Gift cards can be redeemed for any massage on our menu. Please read the conditions below before purchasing.
Instore: Hardcopy vouchers
Alternatively purchase hardcopy vouchers in store. Vouchers are for 30, 60, 90 or 120 minutes.
Vouchers use time as currency (for example a 60 minute voucher). Vouchers can be used for any massage on our menu except Remedial. Please read the conditions below before purchasing.
Gift card and Gift voucher conditions
To use a gift card (digital) or voucher (hardcopy) simply book online and provide your voucher code.
Later when you arrive at your appointment, you can use that gift card or voucher to pay. Gift cards and vouchers last for 3 years (unless they are part of a discounted promotion)..
For redeeming gift cards (digital) we only need the code.
For redeeming vouchers (hardcopies sold in store) the original voucher must be submitted before the massage - photos are not accepted. Vouchers are redeemed in one visit (not split). You may choose any massage on the menu except Remedial. (If you wish to pay for a Remedial booking with a voucher, then you simply pay the additional cost at the time of your appointment.)
Gift cards / vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or extended past their expiry date.
If you wish to change an existing booking please refer to "Cancellations" on the "How to book" page'.
If purchasing by credit card in store you may be asked to show ID for added security.
