Gift card (and voucher) terms and conditions
To book using a gift card (digital) or voucher (hardcopy) simply make a normal online booking. Provide the voucher code at time of booking. When you arrive at your appointment, you can use that voucher or card to pay.
For redeeming gift cards (digital) we only need the code.
For redeeming vouchers (hardcopies sold in store) the original voucher needs to be submitted before the massage - photos are not accepted. Vouchers are redeemed in one visit (not split). You may choose any massage on the menu except Remedial. (If you wish to pay for a Remedial booking with a voucher, then you can simply pay the additional cost at the time of your appointment.)
Gift cards / vouchers may not be exchanged for cash or extended past their expiry date.
If you wish to change an existing booking please refer to "Cancellations" on the "How to book" page'.
If purchasing by credit card in store you may be asked to show ID for added security.
